- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic vision for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neuro-interfaces
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in futuristic tech domains
- Design blueprints for next-gen digital ecosystems with AI governance frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across R&D and pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI frameworks
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with agile methodologies in large-scale tech ecosystems
