Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and acquire 2026-relevant startups
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Experience with scenario planning for 10+ year technological horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
