Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for real-time data processing
- Develop novel architectures for generative AI and reinforcement learning systems
- Optimize model performance across distributed computing environments
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/ML with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at scale
- Strong foundation in quantum computing principles and NLP
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, BentoML)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI project implementations
