Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize complex tech ecosystems 3-5 years ahead
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
