Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance for next-gen applications.
- R&D Innovation: Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision to pioneer features for our 2026 roadmap.
- System Optimization: Fine-tune model inference pipelines and optimize resource utilization across distributed cloud environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust data governance protocols and ensure all AI models adhere to strict privacy and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically in running large-scale machine learning workloads.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
