Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology roadmaps and implementation strategies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business vision
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational projects
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies to regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing Specialist, AI Ethics Auditor)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented with measurable impact
