Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in developing next-gen prototypes
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption and societal impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Create intellectual property portfolio with minimum 5 patents/year in emerging fields
- Present findings at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
- Oversee $5M R&D budget allocation across experimental technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing breakthrough technologies (e.g., published in Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural lace architecture, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling tech solutions to 10M+ user bases
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
