Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and advanced Machine Learning models into core enterprise workflows.
- Oversee the feasibility studies for Quantum Readiness and post-quantum cryptography implementation.
- Drive the company's sustainability initiative by integrating Green Tech solutions into our infrastructure.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Strategic Consulting.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on scalability and security.
- Proven experience in leading AI and Data Science initiatives, including LLM deployment.
- Strong understanding of Emerging Technologies, including IoT, Edge Computing, and Blockchain.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
