Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech, advanced AI)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future technologies into core business strategy
- Manage a team of 8+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Establish industry partnerships with leading tech labs and academic institutions
- Present breakthrough concepts at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Fluency in English with excellent public speaking abilities
