- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through investor partnerships and grant applications
- Establish industry-first partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven success in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, nanotech, or synthetic biology
- Track record of securing >$5M in R&D funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ across multiple geographies
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
