Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning emerging innovations with long-term business objectives
- Analyze quantum computing, AI neural networks, and biotech convergence trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with global research labs and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and ethical implications of future innovations
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
