Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives to market
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong financial acumen for budget allocation and forecasting
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
