Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption and societal shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Author strategic white papers on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate resilience
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping work (white papers, patents, etc.)
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
