- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in next-gen tech domains
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio of at least three 2020s-era technology predictions realized
