- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap for emerging technologies
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities
- Manage a $15M+ innovation portfolio and P&L
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Foster an agile culture of rapid prototyping and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale R&D initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
