- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly milestone reviews and pivots
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technologies in next-gen computing
- Represent company at global futurism forums (World Economic Forum, Singularity University)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for complex systems
- Establish KPIs measuring technological adoption and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technologies
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
- Public speaking experience at global innovation summits
