- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Oversee the 'Horizon Lab' incubator for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and anticipate paradigm shifts before they emerge
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (VC funding exits a plus)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- MBA/MS from top-tier institution with specialization in technology or foresight
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
