Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Identify emerging trends and disruptors through market analysis and horizon scanning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business strategy
- Present visionary concepts to investors and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies and agile development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive experience scaling innovation programs in tech or healthcare
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
