- Lead moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets and interdisciplinary teams of 15+ specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA's innovation arm
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Incubate and spin out 3+ ventures annually through our corporate venture studio
- Curate Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through our AI Ethics Council
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 8+ years in strategic innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's Two Loops method)
- Proficiency in quantum algorithm design and neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, and World Economic Forum
