Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological and societal evolution through 2030

- Produce trend reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizations transitioning to post-quantum security frameworks
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and manage a proprietary database of emerging technologies and societal indicators
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech adaptation
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology ethics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning, System Dynamics)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
