- Curate and manage a $10M innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
