Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' mapping technological inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing and AI governance
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Establish global foresight networks with academic and industry partners
- Translate complex future trends into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on 2020+ technological trajectories
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and AI ethics landscapes
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level decisions
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
