Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework, identifying breakthrough opportunities across 15+ industries
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives using proprietary trend analysis tools to forecast disruptive technologies
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for emerging markets including quantum internet and neurotech integration
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic partners for collaborative innovation
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Mentor a team of futurists while establishing thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market shifts (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or custom Python dashboards
- Published futurist work in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
