Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
