Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives targeting 2026 market disruption across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Develop and implement future-proof technology roadmaps with 5-year predictive analytics
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience managing global R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
