- Produce actionable trend reports on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with business transformation
- Advortise executive stakeholders on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Credibility with executive audiences across multiple industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
