Responsibilities
- Forecast technology and societal trends through 2030 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Design and prototype innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and sustainable systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Curate and host high-impact innovation summits with global thought leaders
- Author white papers on the ethical implications of autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Drive R&D investments toward moonshot projects with 10x impact potential
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting for at least 3 emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and disruption mapping
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with >$10M impact
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
