- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen digital experiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype scalable solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive intelligence
- Document predictive models for technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and prototyping tools
