Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product features
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of academic researchers, startup founders, and venture capitalists
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts to anticipate their impact on technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
