Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture across the organization
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Advise leadership on investment opportunities in emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience advising executive teams on innovation strategy
