Responsibilities
- Analyze technological convergence patterns to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging domains: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and climate-tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and external thought partners
- Architect patent-pending solutions using generative AI and predictive modeling
- Establish KPIs for exponential growth metrics in R&D pipelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and industry forums at global summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves (showcased in published reports)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible innovations from foresight work
