- Produce trend reports with predictive analytics and risk assessments
- Advise executive teams on emerging tech adoption and ethical implications
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of trend forecasts that accurately predicted major shifts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent credential
