Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present trend briefings to investors and board members with data-driven future scenarios
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy or innovation consulting with proven futurist deliverables
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented future-oriented solutions
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning with 10+ year vision horizons
