Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential growth in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year future-state visions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to anticipate market disruptions
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and exponential technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of developing future-ready strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Flourish
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
