- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum applications, synthetic biology)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and frontier tech startups
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' innovation summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio published in futures journals or tech foresight platforms
