Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026 landscapes across tech, climate, and societal domains
- Develop proprietary innovation roadmaps translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational DNA and long-term planning
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops using foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-level executives on future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2025+ horizons
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) strongly preferred
