Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle and business strategy
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends with quantified impact assessments
- Drive scenario planning exercises to prepare for disruptive market transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, SFI) or equivalent practical expertise
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
