Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Establish strategic alliances with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Analyze emerging tech patent landscapes and competitive intelligence signals
- Design and launch proof-of-concept initiatives for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
