Responsibilities
- Analyze convergence of AI, biotech, and climate tech to identify disruptive 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop 'Horizon Scanning' protocols using predictive modeling and stakeholder workshops
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and corporate ESG mandates
- Lead 'Futurecraft' sprints with C-suite to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Publish trend briefings for board and investor summits on metaverse and neuro-technology
- Mentor 'Futures Lab' interns in ethical foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential technology mapping, and ethical frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with cross-industry collaboration (tech, healthcare, energy sectors preferred)
- Ability to communicate complex futures narratives to diverse audiences
