Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and paradigm shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop future-ready innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops using design thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor and report on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to execution
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects and strategic frameworks
- Professional certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
