- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, prioritizing breakthrough R&D initiatives
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to map future industry disruptions
- Author high-impact whitepapers on emerging trends (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4)
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment in human-centric environments
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record publishing industry-defining foresight frameworks (Harvard/MIT preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI governance, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios and transition strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
