Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and disruptive innovations to inform long-term strategic planning for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework, including scenario modeling and trend impact assessments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic insights to internal stakeholders and industry partners
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic progress and adapt to emerging disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with experience in trend forecasting methodologies
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in high-growth tech environments or consulting firms
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
