Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for tech adoption and market disruption
- Lead client workshops on exponential technologies and their societal implications

- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies by 2026
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and executive summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published author or speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary)
- Experience scaling pilot projects to enterprise-level deployments
- Certification in Sustainable Development or Climate Tech
