Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation pathways
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models to guide R&D investments and product development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Design organizational resilience frameworks to mitigate future operational and systemic risks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level foresight briefings
- Portfolio showcasing completed futures projects with measurable impact on organizational strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
