- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and market-first-mover advantage
- Forge partnerships with academic labs and policy think tanks for emerging tech governance
- Present quarterly trend briefings to the board with data-driven foresight recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital identity
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (STEEP, Delphi) and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term technology commercialization
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
