Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in forecasting disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic variables impacting 2026 markets
- Deliver executive briefings and whitepapers on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Establish innovation labs to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges (sustainable infrastructure, workforce evolution)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging startups and acquisition targets
- Author industry-shaping thought leadership pieces on post-2025 business transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech innovation teams
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience leading global strategy projects with $100M+ budgets
- Fluency in at least two major languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish highly valued)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight credential required
