Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead strategic planning workshops for executives on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups, patents, and academic research with disruptive potential
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Present futures intelligence to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses or foresight reports
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks preferred
