Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published future scenario work or strategic roadmaps
