- Develop adaptive roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce actionable foresight reports with scenario-based forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D to validate feasibility of next-gen innovations
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting long-term strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Policy, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
