Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and synthesize actionable insights for 2026 market readiness
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to navigate disruptive innovation cycles
- Lead high-impact workshops with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future paradigms
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term tech evolution and societal implications
- Partner with investment teams to identify and evaluate next-generation acquisition targets
- Design and maintain Horizon's '2026 Foresight Index' for competitive advantage tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
